We have 3 unique styles of accommodation the more luxurious Main House, The Three budget friendly Cottages, and our most affordable six Camping Style Chalets

We are in close proximity to The Lion and Safari Park, as well as Amanzingwe Zip Line, and the Glen Afrique Game Farm.

Main House
Main Room: Our main room sleeps 4 with a queen bed and 2 X twin beds. it also has its own en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower.

Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 persons on a queen bed

Bedroom 3: Sleeps 3 on 3 X single beds

Bedroom 4: Sleeps 2 on a double bed

Bedroom 5: Sleeps 3 on 3 X twin beds.

The main house boasts its own private pool and lapa for entertaining all your guests.
Our main house accommodates up to 5 couples privately or alternatively 14 - 16 guests sharing inclusive of our sleeper couch.

Cottage 1
Cottage 1 is ideal for families or medium sized groups.
It sleeps up to 8 persons sharing.

The cottage has its own gas stove, kettle, microwave and toaster.
The Bathroom amenities consist of a Toilet, basin, bath and over bath shower

There is a private braai area and guests also have access to the shared pool.
Cottage 2

Cottage 2 is ideal for families or smaller sized groups.
It sleeps up to 6 persons sharing.

The cottage has its own gas stove, kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge.

There is a private braai area and guests also have access to the shared pool.
Cottage 3
Cottage 3 is ideal for couples or small families .
It has 1 double bed in a private room and one single bed in common space.
There is also a sleeper couch for Children

Chalet 6
Chalet 6 is ideal for couples with small children.

We Have a Playground for the little ones with an adjoining volley ball court for some sporty fun.

We also offer Catering. Please enquire regarding these costs.

ACCOMMODATION POLICY:
1. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 am on departure day.
2. NO LOUD MUSIC - This includes Boom Boxes, speakers or music out of your cars. Should your music exceed a reasonable level, you will be required to switch it off. All music is to be turned off by 10 PM as not to offend other guests.
3. We reserve the right to admission on our premises
Please respect other guests in the area. Unruly and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
4. We regret no refunds on early departures.
5. Guests will be held liable for any damages or losses in the unit.
6. Swimming and activities on resort at guests own risk.
7. The owner or agent is in no way liable to the guests or his/her family or visitors for any personal
injury sustained or loss and/or damage of personal belongings and/or motor vehicles, which may
occur while the guest occupies the unit.
8. On departure, please ensure that all windows are closed, heaters/fans and lights are off and all
doors are locked.
9. In the event that the number of people occupying the unit exceeds the number of people stated on
the booking form, or if departure times are not adhered to, your key/breakage deposit will not be
refunded.
10. The swimming pool areas are communal, please respect other guests.
11. Please use the refuse bins provided and leave the grounds in the manner you received it on
arrival. Littering will not be tolerated.
12. Please use water sparingly, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your breakage/key deposit or
part thereof.
13. Please do not flush sanitary towels, cigarette buds or any other objects down the toilets.
14. Please do not smoke inside the unit.
15. Volleyball ball is available on request. R50 holding deposit per item is required, refundable on
return of item.
16. ON DEPARTURE, PLEASE LEAVE THE KEY IN THE KEY DEPOSIT BOX AT RECEPTION.
17. Key/Breakage deposits will be refunded directly into the guest’s banking account within14 working
days of departure once an inventory has been done and all conditions have been met.
18. R200.00 will be deducted from key/breakage deposit if unit is left in an unreasonable state, also
keys that are lost, damaged or not returned, will result in additional charges.
